TP-Uncut!: Diplo at Susie's →
tp-uncut: Last night I went to Mojito mondays for the first time with my friends to see international DJ/Producer Diplo from Major Lazer, DJ. I already have respect for Diplo as being extremely talented, and I’ve seen him play once before, but his mixing last night was crazy dope. Like he was mixing like… Ting did TOO SHELL!!

Kabaka Pyramid's Interview With United Reggae
Angus Taylor: Which producers apart from yourself contributed to the project?
Kabaka Pyramid: Julian King Biggs Morrison did the first track The Sound - from the moment I heard it it had to be the in-track! Louis Plant or LP did Feel Di Vibes, me and Proto were supposed to do a combination on it but then we ended up doing the Warrior track. That was produced by Zinc Fence which is ChronixX and Teflon. They also produced I Alone and Real Music. Pay Check is a producer from California who I linked through Vicious Automatic which is my manager's cousin, he gave Vicious a beat and I recorded Prophecy on it. We did the hip hop version first and the reggae version after. All other tracks were my productions.
There are a lot of great upcoming producers. I'm excited for the years to come. Check out the entire interview, it's quite informative. If for some reason you haven't listened to Kabaka's Rebel Music EP yet, I advise you to do so.

Ever since this SOPA thing I’ve been feeling increasingly guilty about downloading music. The nigger in me is saddened by this. But then I think about the big “What if” What if people were downloading me or my fam’s music for free? How would I feel; as an artist, or DJ, or an associate about that? Well honestly it depends. If we’re making money through bookings...
